        Third and Fourth Grade Teacher

•   Team Leader for Fourth Grade whose jobs included weekly leadership meetings plus running and implementing grade level meetings.
•   Implemented a variety of teaching strategies including differentiated group work, directed mini lessons, student conferencing, and numerous   hands-on activities to reach the academic needs of at-risk students.      
•   Acted as a critical friend and mentor to assigned teacher in need of support.
•   Math Liaison responsible for attending meetings and reporting back to staff and handling all math inquires for school.
•   PBIS Leadership team in charge of preparing school to become a PBIS banner school
•   School leader in developing and using technology, mostly SMART technology.  Created lessons and units using this technology to engage students and promote learning in the classroom.
•   Taught general education students as well as individuals with learning challenges and special needs within a mainstreamed, inclusive   classroom.
•   Acted as a model classroom for instruction and classroom management in which other teachers visited and collaborated.
